The Company: A rapidly growing retail e-commerce business.

The Pain: Due to unprecedented sales success and growth achieved, the business had to expand their engineering team at a rapid pace. Our client turned to EO for an Executive Search partner who not only understood the technical requirements, but could also identify candidates that would be a strong long term cultural fit.
