• Assisting in the new product launch for a Blue Chip FMCG firm and supporting in the selection of 42 Sales Representatives, leading to the direct management of eight Sales Representatives.
• Was an Executive Mentor to the Senior UK team for a US multinational, developing and supporting individual response to Corporate Challenges.
• Managing the local franchisee business for a National Recruitment company, re-designing the office layout and systems whilst recruiting and training the new core team.
