Mike has strong knowledge of the Telecom and IT business environment alongside strong project and management experience.

Mike has a demonstrable record of creating innovative business solutions, on time, to very exacting standards all over the globe. His core skills lie in operations & change management, cross cultural leadership and business coaching. Over the course of his career, some of Mike’s notable achievements include:

Establishing and running a Business Development consultancy specialising in fast and effective solutions for SMEs, based in Dublin – working with owner-managers to develop viable business plans.
Working with business owners to research markets, implementing effective marketing campaigns and training and motivating staff to adopt new systems.
Building and running an SI consultancy unit across the Middle East from the ground up, to delivering 150 MUSD of projects to over 50% margins whilst developing 150 staff across a number of bases whilst at Ericsson Middle East.
Working at Ericsson Bahrain, sold a ‘Next Generation’ system to the Bahrain Telecommunications Company (Batelco) – the first of its kind in the Middle East.
At Ericsson Sweden Mike restructured and ran the Wireline system verification unit. Working closely with customers like Telia Sonera and Telecom Italia he delivered a 33% cost reduction PLUS greatly enhanced system quality.
