Frank is a successful entrepreneur. His expertise ranges from business development, Fundraising, Project evaluation, Business planning through to training. He has been building successful ICT businesses over the last ten years and his extensive international experience encompasses work in USA, Ireland, Europe and Asia.

Frank has been a guest lecturer at many universities, covering topics from Media to entrepreneurship. Frank has a huge range of business experience working with mature businesses and start-ups. Some of Frank’s many working achievements include:

• Building a global service that protects mobile devices against loss and theft, with 12 patents pending, tier one sales deals in Europe and the US and clear best of breed status.
• Working with the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has allowed Frank to work with Entrepreneurs developing their businesses in Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Montenegro and Serbia.
• Frank worked with governments and other stakeholders to build ICT incubators at several countries in the Balkans and Asia.
• Frank was one of a small management team that built Ireland On-Line from a small service to the dominant force in business and domestic connectivity. The company was purchased by BT for over €109m.
• Frank went on to raise funds for a number of successful IT and Media start-ups that while varied had one thing in common – the passion and clarity of direction that marks his work over the last twenty five years.
• Frank is looking for challenges that can harness his experience and global contacts.
