Andrew

A Management Consultant, Andrew’s main focus is on reducing operational costs and waste for his clients. With project management and process improvement expertise, his international experience has seen him gain exposure to China, Germany, The Netherlands and Sweden.

Andrew has worked in a number of different fields throughout his career, gathering experience of industrial engineering, process improvement management, logistics and supply chain management and IT. He is also a trained Black Belt in LEAN Sigma. Throughout his career, some of Andrew’s achievements include:

  • Working as Management Consultant with his own company, provided project management and process improvements, ERP implementation, planning and purchasing for clients.
  • As European Planning Manager, was responsible for working capital of €50 million and took ownership of the forecasting process, from logistics and sales forecast to the financial impact on working capital whilst at Armstrong World Industries Ltd.
  • At Armstrong World Industries, as Director of IT and Process Improvement, his remit covered 1,600 users in five European locations. Responsible for an IT Operations budget of €13.5 million, improved back office processes.
  • As Residential Logistics Manager, managed 4,500 SKUs to over 800 customers in over 30 countries whilst at Armstrong World Industries Ltd.
