- At Management Advice, Tim has helped acquisitive organisations develop their acquisition strategy.
- Speaking on world economic status, the credit crunch and adapting businesses to face a downturn whilst working at Management Advice, with expertise in capital management and growth through acquisitions.
- Working as the UK Managing Director and Group Finance Director for Black Box, a £30 million networking components distributor, creating a dramatic improvement in cash management to the tune of £10 million cash in a declining market.
- At Black Box, Tim was responsible for the integration of several businesses into the larger corporation.
- Owning a B2B Services business, leading it from start-up status to a profitable £300,000 company.
