Kevin is a Project Leader with 13 years’ experience of delivering successful, high profile and complex ICT solutions in a multidisciplinary construction environment. He is an extremely capable and confident communicator and is skilled when reporting to Project Executive Boards using structured Project Management Methodology expertise.

Kevin possesses broad technical knowledge of various ICT systems, disciplines and interdependencies, leading major projects from design conception to handover, with projects including Heathrow Terminal 5, Millennium Dome and Ministry of Defence. Some career-achievements Kevin is able to note include:

• Developing and leading a best practice organisation for Virgin Media made up of a staff of 150 Knowledge Workers and 600 Engineers, overseeing its transitions throughout the project phases whilst working for Terminal 5, Heathrow, working as Programme Leader.
• Being instrumental in the delivery of Terminal 5 ICT scope to handover, achieving benchmarks for commissioning, witness-testing and systems requirements validation at Terminal 5, Heathrow – at the time regarded as the most complex IT integration programme.
• As Production & Commissioning Leader, managed and mobilised the second tier delivery teams within Terminal buildings at Heathrow for the installation of Backbone Fibre Optic Cabling, Cat6 Cabling, Access Control, CCTV, WLAN, LAN, Voice, Cellular, PMR and Security Search.
• Developing the strategic delivery plan for Communications and Security delivery into Heathrow Airport Ltd on behalf of Virgin Media and chairing monthly project reviews.
