Steve is a progressive and experienced Executive with over 30 years’ experience and 16 years spent as a Board Director for a telecommunications manufacturer, with Profit & Loss accountability. With a strong record of delivering profitable growth year on year, Steve has expertise when managing sales strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, contact centres, service delivery and service assurance terms.

His international experience includes managing multiple product development programmes across Europe and the US for blue chip companies in both the IT and Telecommunications sectors. As a Business Consultant, he has delivered consistently significant results, in addition to mentoring management teams and managing post acquisition integration. Some of Steve’s career highlights include:

  • As Business Adviser at Andante (UK) Ltd, providing senior management cover and business advice for a number of blue chip companies, managing product teams, technical support teams and management mentoring, post acquisition.
  • Restructuring and improving the performance of a service assurance contact centre and the service delivery team whilst at Opal Solutions.
  • Working as Interim Head of the product team to deliver several product launches on time and to budget.
  • Whilst at Colt, launching a Pan European e-commerce platform and transforming their product development processes.
  • Programme managing the commercial launch of several international product portfolios whilst at VIA Networks, Amsterdam.
  • Working at Cable & Wireless, recruited a team of channel sales professionals from scratch to sell outsourced IT solutions.
