Executives Online leverages technology to access a proprietary global talent bank of skilled resources to supply appropriate talent to business clients. The candidates can be leveraged either on an interim management or permanent executive placement basis.
Interim Management is defined as:
“The provision of a mature, professional manager, well qualified by relevant practical experience, either to fill a gap in permanent staffing or to deliver a specific business result within a limited time period.”
Permanent Executive Recruitment is defined as:
“The provision of a senior executive or manager, well qualified by relevant practical experience, to fill a gap in permanent staffing requirements on a permanent or fixed contract basis.”
The aim of the Executives Online as the Franchisor is to build a global network of offices operated by business owners (franchisees). In order to do this we have already partnered with organisations and individuals in territories where there is a strong market for Fast Track Executive Resourcing, yet we still seek further partners in other global regions such as Asia Pacific, the Middle East and USA.
As you will be aware, most senior level recruitment is undertaken by individuals or organisations with traditional ties and/or relationships to the recruiting company. Executives Online is challenging this approach. Our use of online client and candidate acquisition methods, and the global talent bank which continues to grow from these programmes, enables us to deliver diverse and successful placements faster and more cost-effectively than others.
What makes Executives Online different?
Executives Online is not like any other franchised recruitment system available.
We have two product lines:
- Interim Management
- Permanent Executive Recruitment
We operate one centralised recruitment system, deployed globally. This gives each of our franchisees complete, unfettered access to our CRM system and global talent bank. From day one you will have access to over 0 senior executives and access to all of our client records globally to assist you in developing your local relationships with potential clients.
We initiate centralised marketing campaigns and market research reports in the local economy that are focused on delivering new clients and candidates to your business.
We have a demonstrable track record with clients to deliver resource to the most challenging opportunities. We deliver EXACTLY the right candidate each and every time. Our History as a Franchisor
Our first UK franchisee commenced trading in June 2006 and had an excellent first year with a turnover of £565k and a gross margin of £246k. We believe that the individuals setting up franchises in further UK and international territories may have the opportunity to greatly exceed that in their first year and over the next five years build a business, with multiple recruiters working in the business, turning over £5m+ and yielding in excess of £2m gross margin and a 35% PBIT after drawings. At standard industry multiples, such a business could be worth circa £4m in a trade sale. Are you capable of building that size of business for yourself?

Where do we want to open in the next 12 – 18 months?
We are presently seeking franchise partners in international markets. We are especially interested in identifying franchisees for the Asia Pacific Region, ideally Hong Kong and Singapore as well as the Middle East (GCC), and the USA (ideally New York).
