Executives Online franchise agreements have two pricing components, an initial fee to acquire the franchise, and a management fee paid over time as a percentage of gross margin from your Executives Online business. In an Executives Online recruitment business, gross margin is calculated as the difference between amounts invoiced to clients and payments to candidates in interim contracts – the slice you retain as your fee which is earned over the duration of each interim contract – plus any recruitment fees taken for introduction of candidates into permanent roles or long-term contracts. Typically, our interim contracts run at approximately 25–30% margin; that is, if the client is invoiced £1,000 per day for the candidate’s services, the candidate’s portion will be £700–£750 per day.
An Executives Online single unit franchise for a European city costs €60,000. An Executives Online Regional Master Franchise naturally has a higher Initial Fee and the level of the fee is based on the region and the opportunities available. The fee will be discussed with interested parties once a region has been identified.
The Executives Online Management Fee is 30% of gross margin payable to Executives Online or the Regional Master Franchisee. There is an additional Marketing Fee of 2% of turnover to support the national and global marketing campaigns.
