John Gemmill, Regional Director, Executives Online Scotland

John has worked as an HR Director/ Head of HR in a number of senior executive teams both in the UK and internationally, including periods with Unilever, Inchcape and Scottish Power. He has a degree in Psychology from Glasgow University and an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School. John has deep expertise in relation to Executive Resourcing and senior-level Talent Management, and also in relation to Leadership Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Organisation Design and Executive Coaching. He is a highly experienced corporate-level practitioner in these areas, and has a commercial and pragmatic approach. He is able to provide skilled advice to candidates on career transitions and career development, and can add real value to clients in helping them meet their important senior-level resourcing needs.

Catriona Gemmill, Director, Executives Online Scotland

Catriona has during her career gained extensive experience in Head of HR roles at business unit and corporate levels within major UK businesses. She has headed up the resourcing function of a UK plc, providing leadership to resourcing teams and developing resourcing policy and processes. She has also headed up the remuneration function within a UK plc and is expert in the commercial and legal aspects of senior executive contracts. She has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions and business disposals. Overall, the combination of her experience and expertise plus her practical and highly commercial mind-set means that Catriona is very well equipped to add value to clients in helping them meet their senior resourcing needs.
