He has a degree in Psychology from Glasgow University and an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School. Catriona Gemmill has during her career gained extensive experience in Head of HR roles at business unit and corporate levels within major UK businesses. She has headed up the resourcing function of a UK plc, providing leadership to resourcing teams and developing resourcing policy and processes. She has also headed up the remuneration function within a UK plc and is expert in the commercial and legal aspects of senior executive contracts. She has extensive experience of mergers and acquisitions and business disposals.
