Executives Online North

Derek Ward has been based in the region most of his working life and has an exemplary background in senior sales and business development roles including Group Sales Director at ADT Fire and Security plc. In the five years prior to joining Executives Online, Derek delivered a number of interim and consultancy projects, including Interim MD for Swift Fire & Security Group, a regional security installation and service company, and non-executive director of Ellis Fairbank plc, a £9 million executive search company which achieved a successful MBO. Derek's others roles have included Divisional Director and Corporate Sales Director primarily in the mobile telecommunications and security sectors.

Paul Barron comes from an asset finance and automotive background, having held senior roles within NM Rothchild, GE, Lloyds Bank and The AA during his management career. Paul’s background is principally sales and marketing, including senior general management and executive roles with major corporates before bringing his considerable client side recruitment experience to Executives Online.

Heidi Summers is an experienced Administrator with extensive experience in the recruitment sector. Heidi co-ordinates the day-to-day running of Executives Online North’s busy operations, liaising with clients, candidates and colleagues.
