The job role: Lead a multi-disciplined team of around 15 professional engineers in the design and development of electro-medical products.

Reporting to: Director of R&D and Manufacturing

Key tasks:

• Lead the delivery of high quality, high reliability products from concept into production
• Lead a multi-disciplined team of around 15 skilled professional engineers
• Liaise with all key stakeholders in the process

Start date: ASAP

Candidate profile:

• Must have experience as a strong, broad based and practically orientated engineer
• Must have a first degree in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering
• Must be able to evidence a successful track record in delivering high quality, high reliability products from concept, through design and into production
• Good leadership and communication skills are essential, as are commercial acumen and a results orientated approach
• Previous experience in the electro-medical field, experience with 510K, Yakuji and IEC 601-1 accreditation systems are all distinct advantages
• Knowledge of fluid control/fluid management systems in medical applications would be advantageous
• Must demonstrate all round intellect and capability to potentially develop to the executive committee of this exciting global organisation
