The company has eight offices in the UK (and growing) with the head office in the southwest. The company's recent growth and plans for the future mean that a London office is now required.

The job role: London Regional Director
This role is for a regional director to run recruitment sales in Central London for both permanent and interim executive placements. This role would have its own desk sales target as well as management and motivation of the London office team.

Candidate profile
The ideal candidate will have:

• Seven years plus recruitment experience with significant experience at recruiting roles of a minimum salary of £50,000 level
• Proven ability to set and deliver aggressive targets
• Proven track recording of building and motivating successful recruitment teams
• Track record of successfully selling business services to corporate clients
• Experience in training others in business development best practice
• Credible and confident with clients and candidates, all of whom are senior executives
• They will be competitive and a determined high achiever
