  • Being accountable for the development of a $100 million business – managing the operation of 42 retail outlets and staff of over 100 employees.
  • Managing programmes of change through his energetic style, with experience covering departmental projects affecting ten people through to million dollar global programmes involving 450 managers, 100 countries, 50 ledgers and $650 million of spend.
  • Taking accountability for managing senior customer relationships with Alliance & Leicester and Argos, introducing new offers and ensuring activities were commercially advantageous to all parties, increasing sales by 20% within the client customer-base.
  • Developing new processes to improve productivity and consistency of finance activities, resulting in a 10% annual cost saving.
  • Negotiating contracts up to $20 million, from customer-facing loyalty schemes to major IT support contracts – identifying operational cost savings and efficiency savings, ultimately delivering up to 50% savings.
